Morning - best for fewer people
  • Around 30–60 minutes after sunrise
  • Softer light and generally a quieter atmosphere
  • A good option for family sessions or portraits when you want more space.  
 Blue hour — great for skyline photos
  • 10–30 minutes after sunset
  • The Manhattan buildings begin lighting up while there is still color in the sky.
  • This can gives a completely different look from the golden-hour photos.
